At Graze and Brie, we believe that some of life’s best moments happen around a beautifully shared table.

What started in 2025 in Quakers Hill, Sydney, began simply with a love for exceptional food, thoughtful presentation, and bringing people together. As the founder of Graze and Brie, I found joy in creating grazing experiences for family and friends, combining premium cheeses with carefully selected accompaniments and a touch of creativity. What began as a personal passion quickly became something people wanted to share, celebrate, and enjoy time and time again.

Today, that same passion remains at the heart of everything we do.

Our signature Curated Grazing tables & boxes are designed to be both beautiful and memorable, bringing together layers of artisan cheeses that create a stunning centrepiece for weddings, celebrations, corporate events, and special occasions. Each is handcrafted with care, transforming exceptional ingredients into an experience that guests will talk about long after the event has ended.

Alongside our grazing tables and boxes, our Edible Towers are thoughtfully curated to deliver the perfect balance of flavour, texture, and visual appeal. Every board is assembled using premium cheeses, quality produce, and gourmet accompaniments, making entertaining effortless while ensuring every guest feels cared for.
